Celebrating the Success of Our First 3-Day Molecular Biology Workshop We're delighted to announce the successful completion of our 3-day Molecular Biology Workshop started on 27th Sept 2023. This workshop included 2 students from Oxford College, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. During the workshop, we covered a range of topics, including DNA structure, gene expression, genetic engineering, and molecular diagnostics. Our sessions included interactive lectures, hands-on lab work. The highlights included hands-on DNA extraction and PCR experiments, discussions on CRISPR, Protein Extraction, SDS-PAGE and Protein Analysis, and discussions on ELISA. We also explored the ethical aspects of molecular biology. Participants left with a deep understanding of molecular biology, lab skills, and a broader view of its applications. We encourage participants to further their journey in molecular biology through education, research, or career integration. The success of this workshop has been a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of our participants.
